RIACHI

Levant Heights Dark Malt Single Malt

46% ABV | Batch No. 01

Heavily roasted imperial dark malted barley

Freshly roasted coffee beans, slightly burnt banana nut bread with butter on it, and cookie dough. The palate is rich with dark chocolate and mocha. There are hints of peanut butter and peanuts in here too. A nice thick palate for the ABV. This is quite the desert whisky!

Levant Heights Single Pot Still Malt & Wheat Whisky

46% ABV | Malted Barley & Wheat

Triple Distilled, Matured in American Oak

Fresh cut grass, yellow apples, and vanilla bean. The palate has coconut, some oak spice, and tastes like coconut vanilla lotion. Pretty creamy with a biscuity finish.

Athyr Single Malt “Empire”:

New York Exclusive

55% ABV | Single Cask 192 bottles

Lebanese Oak

Werther’s Candy! Strawberries and cream along with some thick mocha. The palate is spicier with chocolate oak spice, Mexican Chocolate, and coffee ice cream with espresso chips and dry molasses. WOW. A very intense whisky! So lovely trying Lebanese Oak. Reminds of a distant cousin of Garryana and some of Westland’s releases.
