Green and red apples, vanilla wafer cookies, dashes of cinnamon, and clove. Some burnt citrus on the nose as well. The palate shows its ABV but in a really lovely and bright way. More citrus and Sherbert with oranges and green apples on the palate. A really fun & bright whisky. Has a Scapa vibe.

Rich fruit, velvet plums, blueberries, and granola. Almost like blueberry yogurt with just wisps of earth and smoke. The palate shows much more smoke with honey and oak spice on the finish. Really lovely and balanced.

Cocoa, chocolate, bright spice, and baking spice with oak, red berries, plums, and raisins.

Quite sweet, oak and citrus, pine, Pine-Sol, and spiced honey. The honey is strong on the palate.
Sherry Cask Single Malt
A marriage of Oloroso & Pedro Ximenez Casks

Nutty plums, brownies, and strawberry jam. The palate is dryer with yellow raisins, cranberries and a mouth coating chalky finish.

Olives, buttercream, clove, cedar, and apples. The palate is bright and creamy with more apples, candied caramel chews, burnt orange candies, and spice on the finish. With some time & water, there is more of a cinnamon-covered raisin vibe along with more stone fruit on the nose: apples & pears. The finish is grassier with chocolate malt and toasted coconut.

A ton of wine influence right up front. A lot of red fruit, dense fruit punch, and tar. Sticky and chewy fruit even on the nose. A dash of oak spice. The palate is a bit hot at first with intense red fruit and wine notes again but has a nice mouthcoating sweetness & chocolate. This one could use some time with the air.

Roses, rose hip jam, very floral with ripe red fruits. Some vanilla custard and almonds. The palate has more of a baked red fruit spice, some chai, and rich, stewed berries.

Granola and raisins, cinnamon raisin bread, sugar and gingerbread cookies, hot chocolate powder. The mouthfeel is spicier with oak spice, more cinnamon, and nutmeg with a dusty sherry influence. A dunnage mouthfeel but some red fruit is still in there as well.

Cashews, orange marmalade, and some bright, fresh cedar notes. The palate shows all that rye spice with tons of Mexican chocolate, just a hint of cinnamon fireball candies, pepper, more oranges, tangerines, and some nougat.
