Distilled on July 7th, 2020, Bottled on September, 3rd 2021
New American Oak
Oranges and other citrus, nougat, and a dash of white & milk chocolate. Oak spice apple pie spice and pumpkin spice. The palate is very warming with more chai spices, warm apple cider, and a really lovely vanilla finish.
Ki One Single Malt
Batch 1 | 40% ABV
2YRS, 2 Months in American Oak
Vanilla, lemon bundt cake, green tea. The palate has lemon cake batter, sno cones, and flat sprite soda. It has a slightly quick finish but some nice vanilla bean notes.

3YRS | matured in New American oak & first-fill Bourbon
Cashew butter, pineapple juice, and some vanilla.

3YRS | Oloroso Sherry Hogshead
Caramel, kettle corn, toffee, coffee. The palate has more buttered popcorn, blueberries and blueberry muffin powder.

Batch 4 | 46% ABV | 50PPM phenol
3YRS | Matured in New American oak & ex–Bourbon barrels
Lemon lime candies, herbal throat lozenges, ginger & lemon. The palate shows more of the peat with lemon lime brightness with the smoke. Reminds me of a young Caol Ila.
Unicorn Edition Ki One Single Malt
46% ABV | 50PPM phenol
3YRS | Matured in New American oak & ex–Bourbon barrels
Orange, lemon & lime Laffy Taffy. Vanilla cream followed by a decent amount of oak spice, a touch of cedar & cinnamon clove. Dry and spicy on the finish, followed by some wisps of smoke, but subtle.
Eagle Edition Ki One Single Malt
43% ABV | Unpeaed
3YRS | Matured in New American oak & ex–Bourbon barrels
Baked apples, soft, sweet cream. The palate has a bit of funk with earthy hay and a bit of cherry medicinal (Benadryl) on the finish.
