Sweet & smoked nuts, toasted almonds, and toasted coconut. The palate is slightly dryer with more toasted vanilla, lemon granola bars, sweet earth, and a lemon sorbet finish.

Oloroso Octave Finish | 85 bottles

Cask #2021

Peanuts, cloves, and Cheerios. Toasted oats followed by berries & cola. The palate shows more oak spice, lemon tart, orange popsicles, frozen strawberries, and some sweet grass. Apple cinnamon and clove on the finish.
