Beginning in 2015 as a blog, Her Whisky Love has grown far beyond just a webpage. Founder, Holly Seidewand, now owns her own retail whisky shop in Saratoga Springs, NY, imports New World Whisky, and runs the New World Whisky Review. She has traveled all over the world visiting, studying, and writing about distilleries. In total, she has documented over 150 distilleries including distilleries in Japan, the USA, Scotland, Ireland, Tasmania, and more. She currently holds her General Certificate in Distillation from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling, Scotland.
